Coating plates

Our coating plates are made by Italian manufacturer TyreF and contain neither solvents nor fabric layers. They are suitable for the most common coating systems; ISEGA-certified plates are available for critical applications in the food or packaging industry. The special elastomers of the coating plates allow for very narrow thickness tolerances in the production process that cannot be achieved with conventional PU coating plates. The portfolio includes plates for applications in packaging printing, spot coating in commercial printing and offline finishing with thick varnish films. The plates are available in different thicknesses, in self-adhesive or compressible versions and in all common sizes.
